Role Overview
As a Solutions Advisor, you are instrumental in supporting our enterprise sales efforts by aligning customer needs with the capabilities of our HR tech platform. Your strengths are deeply understanding customer challenges, configuring tailored product demonstrations, which address these pain points, and compellingly showcasing the value of our solutions to enterprise clients. This fast-paced, high-impact position demands a unique blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless focus on delivering tangible, measurable value to our enterprise customers.
Major Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Configure and deliver compelling, hands-on product demonstrations that directly address customer-specific requirements and pain points.
- Demo Environment Setup: Create and customize demo environments to reflect customer use cases, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Customer Discovery: Actively participate in discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their challenges, priorities, and goals.
- Value Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of Semos Cloud’s products, focusing on how they solve customer problems and drive business outcomes.
- AI Enhancements: Identify opportunities to highlight AI-driven features during demos and collaborate with the product team to propose innovative AI enhancements for future development.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to craft winning strategies for enterprise accounts, supporting them throughout the sales cycle.
- RFP Support: Lead technical responses to RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and positioning Semos Cloud as the preferred solution.
- Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback from customer interactions to the product team to influence roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
- Operational Excellence: Support customers by setting up environments, enabling configurations, collecting data, and analyzing KPIs to demonstrate ROI.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Min 5+ years Solution Advisory or Presales experience in SaaS B2B (preferably in HR tech).
- Deep understanding of the SaaS enterprise sales cycle, processes and supporting methodologies.
- C-level presentation expertise, especially for large enterprises with over 5,000 employees.
- Technical acumen for the HR tech market, familiarity with SAP and Oracle
- Expert storytelling skills and empathetic reasoning for different audiences
- Strategic and goal-oriented mindset with discipline and focus
- Ability to manage time, deadlines and priorities supporting a high workload across multiple sales opportunities
- Proficient in creating high-value customer materials (visuals, infographics, PPT presentations, infographics.)
- BA or MA’s Degree in Business, Management, HR, Engineering, or related
