Semos Cloud is hiring a designer who wants to make their mark in HR tech. We build the People and Culture Intelligence layer inside the enterprise HCM systems our customers already run, and this role turns that work into visuals across our website, events, LinkedIn, YouTube, and print, the kind that stop the scroll and drive results. If you're eager to learn, experiment, and grow your skills somewhere design directly shapes business outcomes, this is built for you.
You'll own the impact of your work. Working closely with cross functional teams, you'll design and implement creative assets for A/B tests and other optimization strategies that support our business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and comfort working in a complex, fast moving company with exposure to enterprise scale brands.
We also use our own platform internally, so as part of the team you will experience firsthand how the recognition, engagement, and people intelligence tools you help market actually work day to day.
