Role Overview

You have a chance to be the driving force behind our enterprise growth, and on a fast-track career path to develop into Enterprise Account Executive. As a German-speaking SDR, you will identify, engage, and convert enterprise accounts, turning opportunities into valuable customers. You will work closely with various GTM teams to build a robust pipeline, secure high-value meetings, and accelerate deals. You will be supported by Senior members in this journey. Success in this role is measured by the value and impact you deliver, not by hours spent. Fluent (native-level) German is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Lead Generation: Own inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting, identify and qualify opportunities, generate meetings with decision-makers.

  • Enterprise Engagement: Conduct high-level discovery conversations, understand client pain points, and position solutions that accelerate business impact.

  • Strategic Outreach: Research target accounts, map key stakeholders, design multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social, events), and secure demos.

  • Collaboration with GTM and Marketing teams: Partner to design campaigns, drive attendance at relevant events, and amplify engagement in target accounts.

  • Account Handover (and Shadowing): Build strong relationships and ensure seamless transition of qualified opportunities to AE, CS and Project Teams.

  • Personal Impact: Bring your unique creativity and approach to the SDR role to add measurable value to the sales process.

  • Performance Tracking: Log, track, and report all sales activities and pipeline metrics in HubSpot to demonstrate progress and results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in B2B SaaS sales preferred or relatable experience in business development roles, with a proven record of hitting/exceeding sales targets

  • Exceptional English and German communication skills (native level)

  • Able to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.

  • Thrives on challenges, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to deliver under pressure.

  • Curious to learn and adopt new AI tools

  • Experience generating growth opportunities, closing meetings, and driving pipeline in a fast-paced environment

  • Candidates with experience in LinkedIn prospecting, HubSpot, HR practices, or in an enterprise SaaS environment will be considered at an advantage

Location: hybrid if based in Skopje or fully remote, if based outside of Macedonia
