Role Overview
As a Product Owner, you will support the development and execution of product initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will manage the product backlog, refine user stories, prepare documentation (knowledge base articles, release notes, feature specifications), and contribute to the successful delivery of features in a dynamic SaaS environment.
This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. You’ll engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and present product updates, while continuously developing your product management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Product Planning & Execution
- Define and prioritize product requirements aligned with business goals.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria for a team of 5+ developers.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring items are well-prepared for development.
- Contribute to release planning and coordinate product launches.
Documentation & Communication
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Knowledge base articles for customers and internal teams
- Release notes for product launches and updates
- Feature specifications and process documentation
- Share product updates with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to enhance product knowledge and positioning.
- Conduct product demos, stakeholder presentations, and roadmap discussions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to support feature delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Participate in client discussions, demos, and feedback sessions.
- Gather and document customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance and contribute ideas for enhancements.
- Identify risks and dependencies in product development and help mitigate them.
- Stay informed on SaaS and technology trends to strengthen product knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you need
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning about our products and industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Min 1 year hands on experience in a product-related role (in tech company)
- Min 1 year hands on experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
- Proven ability to write user stories and tasks for developers
- Experience writing knowledge base articles, release notes, and feature documentation
- Experience managing team of min 5 developers
- Experience with backlog and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- English presentation skills in front of different audiences (executive, customers, company-wide)
- Basic understanding of enterprise solutions or platforms like SAP or Oracle is an advantage
- Interest in SaaS & AI technologies and willingness to grow into a more Sr product role
- Knowledge of HR, Total Rewards platforms, or Compensation processes is a plus
- Experience with UI/UX collaboration tools (like Figma) is a plus

Working hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00 CET
