Role Overview

The Presales Specialist in Semos Cloud works closely with enterprise customers to understand their business needs and map our products to their requirements. They ensure our offerings align with client needs, by leveraging the understanding of technical features, product roadmap, unique functions, and business impact. Success in this role requires excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates executive presence, empathetic reasoning, and ability to communicate our unique offerings.

 

Major Responsibilities

· Configure and deliver deeply compelling presentations to customers and prospects, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of the Semos Cloud platform.

· Create and deliver customized product demonstrations in support of the sales cycle.

· Investigate, discover, assess customer pain points. Map customer business technical requirements to Semos Cloud capabilities.

· Well-rounded understanding of business, partners, strategies, and customer’s needs. Articulate the value and competitive differentiation of our products. Exercise creativity, independent judgment, and technical acumen in recommending our products.

· Provide deal execution and customer proposal support by responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), customer’s requirements and procurement requests.

· Analyze customers’ needs and: connect with appropriate people/team, organize product setup, free trials, provide ops support, enable changes, collect data, submit reports, conduct KPIs analytics.

· Partner with Sales Teams to develop winning account strategies, helping team to achieve revenue goals.

· Closely cooperate with the product team to share product feedback, and future requirements/enhancements.

 

To be successful in this role, you need

· Min 3+ years’ relevant Presales experience (SaaS B2B preferred)

· Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process, cycle, and supporting methodologies in an enterprise setting

· Experience/familiarity with SAP BTP

· C-level presentation expertise, especially for large enterprises, with over 5,000 employees

· Technical acumen of the contemporary HR tech market and trends

· BA or MA’s Degree in Business, Management, HR, Engineering, or other related discipline

· Strategic and goal-oriented mindset.

· Storytelling skills

· Empathetic reasoning

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with discipline, focus and collaboration with remote teams

· Ability to set deadlines, manage and prioritizing time when supporting a high workload across multiple sales opportunities with a can-do, will-do attitude

· Flexibility in working hours, to meet sales opportunity and RFx deadlines
