Role Overview

The Technically skilled Presales Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting our presales and customer success efforts by contributing to demos, responding to RFPs, and assisting customers with implementation, integration, architecture design, and cloud infrastructure settings, all while leveraging the SAP BTP platform. The Presales Engineer serves as a bridge between our technical solutions and customers, effectively communicating complex concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.

 

Major Responsibilities

 

PRESALES

· Collaborate with the presales team to develop and deliver compelling demos showcasing our solution's features and benefits.

· Assist in crafting RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

· Engage with potential customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and our solutions’ value proposition.

 

CUSTOMER SUCCESS

· Partner with the customer success team to assist customers during implementation, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration with existing systems.

· Provide technical guidance and support to customers, assisting them with configuration and utilization of our solution on the SAP BTP platform.

· Collaborate with architects and infrastructure engineers to design and configure cloud infrastructure for optimal performance and security.

 

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

· Possess a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience working with platforms like SAP BTP.

· Demonstrate proficiency in various integration technologies and APIs.

· Remain current on the latest trends and innovations in the employee experience and cloud technology space.

 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

· Effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and technical stakeholders (IT and compliance teams).

· Clearly communicate our solutions’ value proposition in a concise and compelling manner.

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Tailors communication to different audiences.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, and cs) to gather feedback, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

To be successful in this role, you need

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

· Min 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS industry.

· Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience working with platforms like SAP BTP (highly desirable).

· Proven experience with various integration technologies and APIs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth of a successful company.
