Junior Product Owner

Role Overview

As a Junior Product Owner, you will support the product team in defining and managing product requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and assist in prioritizing tasks to help deliver valuable features in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This is a great opportunity to grow your product management skills while gaining exposure to business, technology, and user experience.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the product backlog and help prioritize based on team and business input
• Translate customer needs and business ideas into basic user stories and requirements
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders in an Agile setting
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Help monitor product performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Support the planning and coordination of feature releases
• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Track product usage and contribute to analysis that supports product decisions.

To be successful in this role, you need

• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning about our products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Experience (up to 2 years) in a product-related role (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar) in a SaaS or tech environment is a plus but not required (internships or entry-level roles count)
• English proficiency—both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello is a plus.
• Basic understanding of enterprise solutions or platforms like SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret basic data and metrics to support decision-making.
• Effective communication: Comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Collaborative approach: Eager to work across teams to achieve shared goals.
