Role Overview

As a Solutions Advisory Intern, you will support our enterprise sales team in aligning customer needs with the capabilities of our HR technology platform. You will gain hands-on experience in SaaS presales, product demonstrations, and enterprise customer engagement within the HR tech space.

This internship is ideal for someone interested in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, and solution consulting, who wants exposure to real-world sales cycles, customer discovery, and AI-driven product innovation.

You will work closely with experienced Solutions Advisors and Sales Executives, contributing to demo preparation, customer research, sales materials, and strategic account support.

Key Responsibilities

Demo & Environment Support

  • Assist in configuring and preparing demo environments tailored to customer use cases

  • Support the customization of product demonstrations based on industry and client needs

  • Help test demo setups to ensure smooth delivery

Customer Research & Discovery Support

  • Conduct background research on enterprise prospects (industry, size, HR tech stack)

  • Assist in preparing discovery session materials

  • Summarize key insights and customer pain points for the sales team

Sales Enablement

  • Help create presentation materials (PPT decks, visuals, one-pagers, infographics)

  • Support the preparation of RFP responses and technical documentation

  • Assist in developing value messaging and ROI examples

AI & Product Innovation Exposure

  • Identify opportunities to highlight AI features in demo flows

  • Research HR tech trends and competitive positioning

  • Provide structured feedback from customer conversations to support product improvements

Operational & Analytical Support

  • Assist in KPI tracking and ROI modeling for customer use cases

  • Help with data preparation for demos and pilot environments

  • Support internal documentation and process improvements

What You Will Learn

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/MA in Business, Management, HR, Engineering, or related field

  • Strong interest in SaaS, enterprise technology, or HR tech

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with PowerPoint and visual materials

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)

  • Experience with SaaS platforms

  • Interest in AI applications in business
