As a Solutions Advisory Intern, you will support our enterprise sales team in aligning customer needs with the capabilities of our HR technology platform. You will gain hands-on experience in SaaS presales, product demonstrations, and enterprise customer engagement within the HR tech space.
This internship is ideal for someone interested in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, and solution consulting, who wants exposure to real-world sales cycles, customer discovery, and AI-driven product innovation.
You will work closely with experienced Solutions Advisors and Sales Executives, contributing to demo preparation, customer research, sales materials, and strategic account support.
Assist in configuring and preparing demo environments tailored to customer use cases
Support the customization of product demonstrations based on industry and client needs
Help test demo setups to ensure smooth delivery
Conduct background research on enterprise prospects (industry, size, HR tech stack)
Assist in preparing discovery session materials
Summarize key insights and customer pain points for the sales team
Help create presentation materials (PPT decks, visuals, one-pagers, infographics)
Support the preparation of RFP responses and technical documentation
Assist in developing value messaging and ROI examples
Identify opportunities to highlight AI features in demo flows
Research HR tech trends and competitive positioning
Provide structured feedback from customer conversations to support product improvements
Assist in KPI tracking and ROI modeling for customer use cases
Help with data preparation for demos and pilot environments
Support internal documentation and process improvements
